A Spectacular Fall Ahead with ONIRO
MONTEBELLO, Tuesday, September 16, 2025 – As the summer season draws to a close, Parc Omega is wrapping up the most successful summer in its history. With a 25% increase in attendance compared to July and August of last year – which was already an exceptional year – and nearly 100% occupancy for its accommodations, summer 2025 has further cemented the wildlife park’s status as a must-visit nature tourism destination in Québec.
12-kilometre drive-through trail

The 12-kilometre drive-through trail, which allows visitors to observe over twenty species of wild animals primarily from North America, the growing popularity of its unique lodging options, and the new ONIRO night walk have all contributed significantly to this record-breaking attendance.

“We’re extremely pleased with the season and especially proud of the launch of the ONIRO walking trail, which played a major role in the exceptional summer we just experienced,” said Ivan Parisien, spokesperson for Parc Omega. “This new activity adds a unique nighttime dimension to our destination and allows us to reach a broader audience. In the fall, we expect even more families due to earlier nightfall and evening start times.”
ONIRO: An Experience to Enjoy This Fall and Year-Round!

Launched in June, the ONIRO night walk quickly captured the public’s interest, attracting thousands of visitors from Québec and beyond. Good news for those who haven’t yet experienced it: the show continues this fall, and even into the winter!

Conceived by multidisciplinary artist Michel Lemieux and produced by H2Emotion, this sound and light installation takes visitors on a dreamlike journey through the forest. The 1-kilometre walking trail features 17 immersive scenes combining animated projections, soundscapes, lighting design, and bilingual narration to tell the moving story of a lost young wolf named Oniro. A contemplative and spectacular experience that enchants both young and old.
