As of today May 1, 2021 the Quebec minimum wage was raised by the Quebec government to $13.50 per hour. This is an increase of $0.40.
The minimum wage for servers or employees who are paid by tips will rise to $10.80 per hour, an increase of $0.35.
Quebec Labour Minister Jean Boulet thinks this will compensate workers without harming small businesses.
