Promenade Wellington Christmas ‘Le Coeur sur la Well’

Promenade Wellington Christmas

Promenade Wellington launched its ‘’Le Coeur sur la Well’’ Christmas campaign on November 20 to support its local merchants and bring a little warmth and enchantment to the community.

To get into the holiday mood

There’s nothing better than Christmas music and decorations to set the mood for the holidays! Come experience the magic of Christmas on Promenade Wellington! Whether it’s taking a picture of you in the Enchanted Alley, singing in chorus (but not too close!) with the choir on the Well, or admiring the giant 13-foot-high illuminated moose, Christmas fans will find what they’re looking for.

You want to find THE tree that will embellish and embalm your home? Go to the presbytery courtyard for the sale of natural Christmas trees to benefit the Harmonie Richelieu de Verdun until December 19.

For windows shopping

Discover a little bit of the history of the Well and Verdun in the storefront of vacant businesses with the exhibition ‘’Vitrines sur la Well’’. An original way to window-shop and learn more about Promenade Wellington and its neighbourhood!

Merchants also put themselves in a festive mood by decorating their business! Like the owner of Maçonnerie Gratton who shares his passion for Christmas through a small village in the colors of the Wellington! You will recognize several businesses on the street, all meticulously hand-made by a local craftswoman.

For shopping in pyjamas

No time to go to the store for your gifts?  You’re more the style to shop in slippers with a glass of wine in hand? The new local search engine allows you to find what you’re looking for in just a few clicks. To get your gifts on time, the new ‘’Locketgo Du Luv Dans ton Casier’’ locker pick-up service allows you to retrieve your purchases 24/7.

To fill your belly

You know what they say: when the appetite’s good, everything’s good! La Promenade Wellington in collaboration with Les Weekendeurs and the Well’s restaurants have created the VERDUNLUV theme box: a ready-to-assemble, ready-to-bake formula to spoil yourself a little, while supporting local restaurateurs.

And if you need inspiration for your weekday or Christmas dinner, find directories of restaurants offering take-out and Christmas menus on the Promenade Wellington site.Visit the Promenade Wellington website and follow them on Facebook and Instagram
