Coach Sonia hosting business and life retreat in Greece

Coach Sonia

Coach Sonia a.k.a. Sonia Zarbatany will be hosting a five-day business & life coaching retreat in Greece from June 24th to June 29th. Billed as a “transformational experience” the group retreat for 21 people (mostly women) will take place in the seaside town of Kardamyli southeast of Kalamata. It’s all about helping entrepreneurs and professionals focus on their career goals and learn to align these with their personal development. The certified life coach is excited about the “Greece Retreat” and confident it will deliver “actionable results” even as she is already planning future retreats for 2019 and 2020 in Miami and Toronto.

Coach Sonia’s steps for clients to achieve their goals

“It is a great passion of mine,” she says, to guide individuals in taking concrete steps to achieve their goals. “I take them through my methodology and process.” In addition to helping her clients assess their practical needs and develop workable strategies to grow their businesses, her life coaching component encourages them to explore ways to “manifest the right relationships in their lives” which will ultimately provide the support system to make their dreams come true. Influenced by landmark education NLP and Tony Robbins the world’s leading authority on leadership psychology, she says that if you want to push outside the boundaries and take it to the next level it is really important to have a coach so you can access the next step.

New marketing platform

Zarbatany was raised in the fashion industry from the time she was eight but eventually discovered that her true purpose was personal and business development. She wanted to be living her best life. “I would speak at universities and women’s events,” she says. Soon, she realized that social media was the “new marketing platform” and the way to go to get her message out. “I started branding myself. I started putting myself out through social media.” She started to do group coaching and professional strategic development. Eventually, she would expand her consulting business to include one-on-one sessions counting more than 180 clients in the past year. She now has a full consulting platform and will soon be launching her Coachsonia online courses. Her online coaching has a far reach, ranging from London to Paris to Zurich – just about “everywhere.”

Coach Sonia

Like many women, she juggles career and home responsibilities, a tricky balancing act under normal circumstances. However, the mother of two young children and stepmother to three older kids leads a face-paced lifestyle involving travel and long workdays. The one-time President of Vince Camuto Canada was managing its fashion brand in Canada among other brands before stepping out on her own to become a full-time life coach and speaker. “Everyone always told me that I was never going to balance it all,” she says. But Coach Sonia stayed positive and this is just what she helps others do in order to realize their own visions of success and personal development.
