The Grand PoutineFest is coming to the Galeries d’Anjou for the second time from May 6 to 9 and from May 13 to 16 for the benefit of the Animo Foundation, for its famous gourmet festival in drive-thru version! Near the old Sears, six of our famous food trucks will offer twenty different combinations of fries, sauce and squick-squick cheese, in a vegan version or garnish with ribs, pulled pork, bacon, sausage, general tao chicken, crispy tofu and more! For the sweet tooth, the Cabane à chichi will offer its famous churros.

The event’s driving route will ensure that all poutine lovers are entertained from start to finish. In single file, they will be able to:

  • Make your shoulders dance to the rhythm of DJ Kleancut while tuning to Poutine FM.
  • Whet your appetite by viewing the menu or visiting the event’s Facebook page.
  • Marvel at the performances of street entertainers.
  • Give your order, wait and… taste!

Under no circumstances will customers be able to leave their car, PoutineFest employees will pick up their order from the various trucks and hand it back to their window. All employees will wear the mask and waterless disinfectant soap stations will be available to them. All types of payments will be accepted. The menu will be available on the event’s Facebook page. No toilet will be available to customers and it will be forbidden to park on site to eat.

About the Grand FoodFestSince 2014, the Grand FoodFest has been offering family and gourmet events where a wide variety of poutines are offered by its street food trucks throughout Quebec, in order to raise funds for a local cause. More than 25 organizations have benefited from the profits made by the sale of poutines, alcoholic beverages and related products over the past six years.
