Free Outdoor Yoga all Summer

Yoga – Getting into shape can often feel like an expensive chore and its easy to brush it aside when you have a busy schedule. Now that the sun is shinning and the temperatures are higher, POP Spirit is organising for a fourth edition FREE outdoor yoga all Summer. What better to get into shape than by enjoying the freshness of the air and a friendly and peaceful atmosphere ? These classes will help you be at one with your body and mind and forget about your buys day to day life. Yoga is a fantastic way to shut down negativity and focus on your soul while also toning and shaping your body.

These FREE outdoor yoga classes are open to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or have been practising yoga for years, come and enjoy these classes. Professional Yogi, Marie Eve B, will be teaching and she will be inviting some of her follow yogis to help her. Each class will take place at the Baldwin Parc on Monday evenings starting at 5:30 pm.
