La Ronde, announces the return of the Fright Fest this fall. The 2023 edition of La Ronde Fright Fest, presented by Fizz, will feature two new haunted houses and a new trail of fear, allowing you to soak up the fright. The Kids Pumpkin Festival will be celebrated around Ribambelle’s land to the delight of the youngest, with a new labyrinth and new characters. These two events will begin on October 7 and will run every weekend (including Thanksgiving Monday, October 9) until October 29.
“The Fright Fest is expected every year, and we are very proud to have succeeded in making it even more impressive and frightening than its previous editions. It was also important for us to reach all the members of the family with our novelties, both at the Kids Pumpkin Festival and for the Fright Fest,” says Sophie Emond, President of La Ronde.
Frightening creatures will invade the La Ronde site, with the arrival of new, even more terrifying characters. From 5:30 p.m., during the L’Éveil show, these creatures will invade our haunted route, in order to concentrate the terror and amplify the fear. Hotheads, zombies and other horror characters will welcome you to La Ronde, completely transformed for the occasion.
La Ronde new haunted trail and new characters
The new haunted course will allow you to cross La Ronde in a gloomy atmosphere through 5 frightening universes. The path begins with the visit of a cemetery, then guiding you to a universe of spiders. You will then meet our ugly monsters, followed by our new walking characters straight from horror. The course ends in our famous Zombie Camp.

La Ronde will host 5 haunted houses on its site, including two new ones.
The Ghost Theater will immerse you in a most gloomy atmosphere, as you visit the scene of a terrible tragedy. This former cinema, which reopened its doors a few years after this accident, is ready for its new life … or is it really? It would seem that visitors can still feel the spirit of the actors and clients, who remained imprisoned there … and who still wander.
The new Alert Base haunted house will also enhance your spooky experience. On an expedition to an old abandoned human base, the passengers of a spaceship quickly realize that the place is not what it used to be … and that they must leave as fast as they can if they want to save their skins!
