VAN GOGH – Distorsion reopens doors in Montreal

VAN GOGH – Distorsion

The immersive exhibition VAN GOGH-Distorsion created in Montreal by OASIS immersion, Paquin Entertainment Group and Normal Studio, enchants those who experience it. After a break during COP15, the exhibition will reopen during the holidays, from December 26, at Palais des congrès de Montréal. Take advantage of this ideal opportunity to experience this immersive journey that has become a reference before its end next March 5.

VAN GOGH – Distorsion

Extended Holiday Hours

Looking for a cultural activity to enjoy with family, friends or even alone during the holiday season? Except Sunday January 1, OASIS immersion will be open every day to welcome visitors, until Sunday January 8, 2023.
The exhibition VAN GOGH – Distorsion, only presented in Montreal, is appreciated by the painter’s followers and by novices discovering his paintings, vision and works for the first time, alike. Children are welcome and they can enjoy the large interactive floor in the third room, on which they can appreciate the impact of their movements on the ground.

An experiential and interactive journey, seen nowhere else

Lasting nearly 75 minutes, the VAN GOGH – Distorsion immersive experience, created entirely in Quebec, offers a contemporary rereading of the famous painter’s work and imagines what he could have achieved with today’s creative tools. By walking through three immersive galleries with 360-degree projections – walls and floors – visitors are immersed in a deeply moving sensory experience that celebrates this larger-than-life visionary. This one-of-a-kind event is one of the most striking immersive exhibitions ever presented on Van Gogh’s work.
