- All retail stores will be closed until April 13, 2020 expect pharmacies, food stores, and SAQ
- Residence of old age homes will not be able to leave
- There are 628 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Quebec, 45 patients are in hospital care and 20 are in intensive care, Four people have died
- two Montreal Police officers have tested positive for COVID-19
