Do you want to surprise your friends with some fast and cheap meals? These delicious, quick, and inexpensive recipes will help you impress your family, colleagues and friends without much effort!

Pasta with tomatoes

Boil the pasta until half cooked. Then chop the vegetables and send them to roast, covered with a lid. While they are softening, mix in a bowl grated garlic, herbs, sour cream, any spices, not forgetting to salt, and add the mixture to the pan. When the tomatoes and peppers are well cooked, put the pasta on top, mix well and leave the dish on low heat for another 10 minutes.

Korean style pork

Cut the meat into small strips and fry it in the oil over high heat for 2 minutes. Turn down the gas, add onion rings and minced garlic to the pan, and sauté everything for 5 minutes. Pour sauces on top, sprinkle chopped green onions and keep the dish under the lid for another 3 minutes.

Stuffed mushrooms with cheese

Separate the mushroom stalks and core, chop them along with the onion and fry in oil, not forgetting to salt. Add the same sour cream and simmer everything for 1-2 minutes, then sprinkle finely chopped dill, turn off the fire. Sprinkle everything with 2/3 grated cheese.

Add the resulting mixture to the mushroom caps and spread the rest of the cheese on top. Pour some water into a baking tray and lay out the mushroom caps with the filling on top. Bake the dish for 25 minutes.

Baked cheese balls with olives

Grind cheese and butter, add seasonings, then mix everything in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. Gradually pour in the sifted flour, but make sure that the dough is not stiff and torn. Pinch off a small amount of the mixture, put an olive in the center, roll it into a ball and place it on a baking tray with parchment.

Place the dish in the fridge for 20 minutes. Coat the cooled balls with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
