Montreal’s Notre-Dame Street Is About to Come Alive: Dame Festive Returns with Free Music, Street Performances & New Orleans Vibes

Montreal, April 22, 2026 – Dame Festive is back for a third edition on May 30 and 31, 2026, once again transforming Notre-Dame Street in the borough of Lachine, between 10th and 14th Avenue, into a true festive space. Inspired by the musical effervescence of New Orleans, Dame Festive celebrates rich and varied musical styles ranging from folk and jazz to swing and bluegrass, while incorporating street arts and roaming performances that transform Notre-Dame Street into a true living and sharing space.

Since its first edition, the festival has established itself as a must-attend spring cultural event, thanks to its diverse programming, the presence of local and international artists, and the strong involvement of local merchants and partners.

For this 3rd edition, the festival will feature 24 artists and ensembles on stage.
