You are not okay, are you? Your lips are dry and cracked. Your nose feels raw inside, a nasty head cold aggravating the issue. One ear is blocked. The other competing. Your head feels full of cotton candy. You are tired. You pray that Kleenex is on sale this week.
You have been checked out for pneumonia and fortunately cleared, but the ailments still persist. For weeks on end, it seems. Take solace in the fact that you are not alone.
I recently made a wonderful discovery, especially for the nose.
In a small cup I scooped about 1-2 tbsp pf our Sheamu butter.
I then added in 1-2 drops peppermint and
1-2 drops eucalyptus
And whipped it all together.
Being familiar with our Sheamu butter is an advantage. Organic shea and unrefined emu oil are the blend we offer. It is nowhere else on the market and we have never had anyone who did not absolutely love it. An all over skin soother. I figured it would be miraculous inside a troubled nostril and it is.
The smell is divine. I dove in, rubbing this soothing combo IN and all around my nose, across the lips, and IN and all around the ears. Immediate soothing. Breathing eased.
This is a DIY and we have no intention of making a new product. The Sheamu butter can work well on its own, but the addition of the EO’s personalizes it to your own issues.
Hang in there. It’s just winter and we Canadians are hardy. If you need to deal with the inside of noses and ears and dry lips, we got you.
BTW…if you are vegan, try our Shargan Butter. Instead of the Sheamu. And buy only pure essential oils if you choose to add your own. Do not buy the synthetic fragrances.
