Quebec personal License plates contest – How do you feel that you see personal Quebec license plates popping up all over the province. This summer the Societe de l’assurance automobile du Quebec (SAAQ) – the provider of Quebec’s public auto insurance plan and issuer of license plates in the province announced that plates could be personalized in the belle Province. The personal plates cost $250 upfront and $34.50 extra fee every year to maintain the personal plate.

After numerous delays and a website crash on launch day, Quebecers are finally getting personalized plates and are been seen around town.
