Sun Youth’s Day Camp is back in full swing for a 26th consecutive year, offering youngsters from the Greater Montreal Area unrivalled opportunities to partake in exciting activities, make friends, and learn about each other and their world. From July 2nd to August 16th out of Bancroft Elementary school, approximately 100 children aged 5 to 12 years old will be given a chance to experience a vibrant summer – particularly those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds – and who otherwise would not have this type of opportunity. Innovative, the day camp program seeks to continually improve the service it provides its children, and again this year, the benefits are continuing to show. Grouped by age (5-6 years old, 7-8 years old, 9-10 years old and 11-12 years old), campers experience each week a field trip including visiting amusement parks, local museums, and beaches, in addition to a regular regimen of sporting activities, swimming, arts & crafts, theatre, gardening and regular walks in the park and summer picnics. Campers are also supported with breakfast foods, a daily hot lunch, and snacks throughout the day, providing them with a healthy nutrition that ensures a positive energy to last the whole summer full of activities. Registration fees are $125 per week or less, based on family income, and includes a cold breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Hurry up, space is limited! A few spots are still available, especially for age groups 5-6 years old and 9-10 years old. For more info contact Kara De La Perralle at email@example.com .
